The Counter Sales Associate is a hands-on role, responsible for serving customers, processing orders, and supporting warehouse operations. Estimator I works with significant independence, mentors junior estimators, and plays a key role in securing profitable commercial business. The role requires a deep working knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, construction documents, and the wholesale distribution business model including the ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.

The Part Time Warehouse Associate will be responsible for all functions associated with material warehousing including picking orders, shipping and receiving. The Warehouse Associate will perform all duties in a timely and orderly fashion to the best of their abilities and with the utmost due care, integrity and professionalism. This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of up to 20 hours per week.

The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for conducting sales calls in the field via face-to-face, email, phone and virtual interactions with both potential and existing customers.
