As a company we have a legal obligation to keep confidential all information we receive from our customers. We are committed to protecting any personal information we hold. This Privacy Policy outlines how we manage and safeguard your personal information.

Your privacy rights

From January 1, 2004, all businesses engaged in commercial activities across Canada , including ECCO™, must comply with federal and provincial privacy legislation. This legislation gives you privacy rights concerning the personal information that you provide when conducting business. ECCO™ is responsible for the personal information we collect and hold. To ensure this accountability, we have developed this policy and trained our corporate officers and support staff about our policies and practices.

  • Where the information about you is already publicly known.
