From initiation to completion, your expertise will seamlessly integrate ECCO Group’s ERP solutions, aligning with business objectives. As a part of our Project Management team, you will keep all stakeholders engaged and informed, ensuring the success of our current and future business transformation programs.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Candidates who meet or exceed the following criteria will receive preferred consideration:

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum 10 years experience leading project management activities within a complex program/project
Proven experience (5+ years) as an ERP Project Manager, managing full project implementations
Strong understanding of ERP systems, processes, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with [specific ERP software] is highly desirable.
Strong analytic and decision-making abilities
Proven ability to partner cross functionally and lead/collaborate through influence
Capacity to summarize complex data and visualize it in easy-to-understand formats
