KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Duties:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering repeat business and strong customer relationships
  • Drive new HVAC business growth by contacting prospective customers, providing competitive pricing, and maintaining comprehensive sales records
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of effective sales strategies to meet personal and branch sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of outside sales experience in the building materials industry or an equivalent combination of two years of HVAC sales, education, training, and experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Residential HVAC systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive demeanour and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize important tasks and meet deadlines
  • Work with a high degree of integrity and a sense of urgency
  • A current driver’s License and clean driving abstract
