REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Candidates who meet or exceed the following criteria will receive preferred consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Senior leadership experience in Manufacturing industry, demonstrating operational excellence.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligning with organizational goals.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and asset/facility management.
• Successful track record in change management, specifically within CA & US regions.
• Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies and automation systems for operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership in team building, development, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in the manufacturing sector, including international operations if applicable
