Are you a strong analytical thinker looking to share your expertise? Our Corporate team is looking for a Pricing Analyst responsible for developing, driving, and sustaining the overall pricing strategy; as well as executing pricing initiatives for future growth and profitability. The Pricing Manager will play an essential role in implementing pricing initiatives while working closely with key stakeholders across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Duties:

  • Make a personal commitment to consistently provide superior customer experience and enhance ECCO’s brand in the market
  • Maintain good working relationship with all co-workers and ECCO employees
  • Read and comply with ECCO’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures
  • Read and comply with ECCO’s Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Assist in the success of ECCO’s Safety Program with suggestions, by setting a good example, and by ensuring that safety is at the forefront of your actions while at work

Pricing Process & Implementation:

  • Own, develop, and execute a periodic price planning process for ECCO and set price plan targets for specific business segments, product lines, and/or brands
  • Own, define, and execute periodic pricing reviews and analysis process
  • Other duties as deemed necessary by management

Pricing Analyzes & Strategizing:

  • Set and drive pricing targets, implement pricing strategies, and define procedures crucial to ensure consistency across pricing actions and price decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing to align and set up pre-planned promotions
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to monitor the market trends, competition, quantify the impact to plan, and align pricing strategies accordingly
  • Develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives for current and future growth and profitability
  • Define and report metrics to:
    • Support business objectives
    • Track pricing and discount effectiveness
    • Provide leading and lagging data on pricing initiatives
    • Analyze price performance against business objectives
    • Monitor sales performance and progress, establish appropriate action plans as needed
    • Other duties as deemed necessary by Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Information Systems, Economics, or Finance, or related fields
  • 3 years’ experience in pricing or financial analysis role
  • Ability to transform large amounts of data into meaningful and actionable recommendations
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in MS Office
