With sales branches situated in manufacturing and distribution hubs across Western and Central Canada, we are now extending our team into the United States. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering substantial market expansion to join our organization as we continue to grow.

 

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Outside Sales Representative’s role entails engaging in sales activities outside the office, including in-person meetings, email correspondences, phone calls, and virtual interactions with prospective and current clients. They are expected to execute their duties efficiently, demonstrating integrity and professionalism at all times. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to lead commercial equipment sales and oversee our custom fabrication shop at our Winnipeg supply branch. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to anticipate future trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.   • Maintain good working relationship with all co-workers and ECCO employees
  • Contacting new customers and developing new profitable HVAC business
  • Attend and respond all queries, disputes, etc. promptly
  • Provide timely, accurate and competitive pricing via written quotations while striving to maintain maximum profit margin and growing market share
  • Maintain electronic records of all sales leads and/or customers while expanding and maintaining a customer database


ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 3+ Years of outside sales experience in the building materials industry or an equivalent combination of two years of HVAC sales, education, training, and experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Residential HVAC systems
  • A current driver’s License and clean driving abstract
