ABOUT THE POSITION:

ECCO Supply is seeking a talented HVAC Sales Specialist to join our team in Coeur d’ Alene, where you will serve as the face of our company to in-branch customers. This role involves processing sales inquiries and orders in a friendly and professional manner, handling customer service interactions through in-person, phone, and email channels. Key responsibilities include order processing, generating quotes, managing back orders, educating customers on product features, and utilizing cross-selling and upselling techniques. Additionally, you will maintain a detailed sales database, collaborate with the Outside Sales Team, participate in annual inventory counts, and pursue professional development opportunities. If you are proactive in sales and passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply and become a valuable member of our team.

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Post – Secondary Education – an asset
  • Previous Order Desk and/or Sales experience – an asset
  • Previous experience in HVAC, manufacturing or related industry – an asset
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task data-entry and order processing efficiently

Excellent communication skills; high energy, enthusiastic with proven people skills and ability to work as part of a team and independently
