The Digital Marketing Manager is a multi-faceted corporate position and is intended to provide ECCO with digital marketing support and communication strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Duties:

  • Make a personal commitment to consistently provide superior customer experience and enhance ECCO Supply’s brand in the market
  • Maintain good working relationship with all co-workers and ECCO employees
  • Read and comply with ECCO’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures
  • Read and comply with ECCO’s Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Assist in the success of ECCO’s Safety Program with suggestions, by setting a good example, and by ensuring that safety is at the forefront of your actions while at work

Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop digital marketing communication strategies for all ECCO divisions and locations
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Create digital marketing budget including all digital campaigns and assets; as well as keep track of all the expenses and generate monthly reports
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns; as well as assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Generate the digital advertising calendar and ensure its timely execution
  • Work with the Leadership team to ensure all divisions of The ECCO Group are professionally and effectively represented digitally through social media and company websites
  • Provide on-going management of websites’ content and optimization
  • Work alongside other individuals within the organization to collect promotional and marketing material for ECCO resale and manufactured products
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Implement website redesigns to match targeted audience and meet company objectives
  • Ongoing communication with key ECCO personnel to develop and improve ECCO’s customer experience.
  • Develop digital strategies for promoting and managing all products and information pertaining to product categories
  • Drive digital market research efforts including, but not limited to competitors’ digital strategies, customer digital behavior and channel feedback
  • Manage pro-active and consistent digital communication pertaining to product categories
  • Other duties as deemed necessary by Management

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • • Previous experience in B2B, Manufacturing or related industry is an asset
  • • Highly effective cross-functional team management
  • • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • • Previous experience delivering finely-tuned digital marketing strategies
  • • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and FB Ads campaigns
  • • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • • Advanced use of WordPress, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
  • • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time; ability to travel into U.S.A.
