REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Candidates who meet or exceed the following criteria will receive preferred consideration:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behaviour, Management, Human Resources (HR) or related field
  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI)
  • Minimum 5 years experience leading change management activities within a complex program/project
  • Familiar with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Ability to build, manage and facilitate the execution of change management plans to support the people side of business transformations
  • Experience in implementing people, process, and technology changes across the organization, working in partnership with business functions and leadership.
  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to partner cross functionally and lead/collaborate through influence
  • Capacity to summarize complex data and visualize it in easy-to-understand formats
  • Experience working in with a unionized environment
