ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a strategic navigator of change, you will orchestrate and implement impactful change management activities, collaborating seamlessly with the Program Management Team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. DUTIES:

Change Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  • Align change initiatives with business goals and objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership to advocate for and sponsor change initiatives.

Change Implementation:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of change programs, ensuring successful adoption and measurable results.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations.

Communication and Training:

  • Design and deliver clear, compelling communication plans to inform and engage employees.
  • Collaborate with HR and Training teams to develop and implement training programs.

Performance Measurement:

  • Define and track key metrics to evaluate the success of change initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve change management processes.

Leadership and Mentoring:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to teams navigating change.
  • Act as a champion for ECCO’s cultural and operational transformation.

 

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in change management or a related field. Proven track record of leading successful strategic change programs across complex organizations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in assessing risks and measuring change effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams through change.
  • Tools: Proficiency in change management and project management tools.
  • Experience working in with a unionized environment
