ABOUT THE POSITION:

ECCO is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to spearhead the development and launch of a Product Information Management (PIM) and E-Commerce platform. The successful candidate will oversee daily e-commerce operations, enhance user experience, implement digital marketing strategies, and drive revenue growth. This role involves collaboration with IT, graphic design, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from site visit to checkout.

DUTIES:

  • Help lead the development and design of the organization’s PIM and e-commerce platform.
  • Work with cross functional teams to integrate PIM and e-commerce platform to Infor’s M3 ERP system.
  • Craft and execute against plans to enhance website performance and grow ECCO’s online presence.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry, considering factors like b2b vs. b2c sales, product complexity, and distribution channels.
  • Identify and capitalize on online revenue generating opportunities.
  • Manage product listings and site design.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing, promotions, and products.
  • Implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and generate leads.
  • Utilizing SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to reach target audiences.
  • Analyzing website analytics and sales data to optimize marketing efforts and the customer experience.
  • Managing online customer interactions and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work with IT, graphic design, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with b2b clients through online channels.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

 

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in PIM and E-commerce platform development and execution, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing & distribution products and processes.
  • Experience with digital marketing, web analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, operations and marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
  • Ability to adapt to the rapidly evolving digital landscape, new technologies, and market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
